Our chef, Chef Leo, was trained in Japan to create a home-style version of ramen with chewy, tender noodles. We use the freshest ingredients available to make our broth, which takes 12 hours to simmer to perfection. Unfortunately, the long cooking time means sometimes we run out. We appreciate your understanding our efforts to make the finest, most authentic ramen in town!
Tonkatsu ramen, with home-style pork broth, features tender, juicy, slow-cooked sliced pork, a tangle of delicious noodles and accompaniments of shredded kikurage mushroom, perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, fish cake, bean sprouts and scallions. You can add additional vegetable toppings, such as nori, bamboo shoots or homemade cucumber kimchi. Feel free to request your preferred heat level: mild, spicy or extra spicy. For a cold, refreshing meal on a hot day, try our hiyashi chuka, cold noodles with seasonal vegetable and seafood toppings. Or try one of our ever-changing daily specials.
Our service is friendly and gracious and our prices budget-friendly. For beverages, we offer hot green tea and soft drinks. We don’t serve alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own. Kirimachi Ramen is cash-only, and open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.
